  • The full amount of the reservation must be paid at the time of booking.
  • Prices include all fees except for the security deposit, which may be required.
  • There is no minimum or maximum stay requirement.


2. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in is automated. Guests arriving after midnight must notify us in advance, or the reservation may be canceled.
  • Check-out time is until 12:00 PM (noon). A late check-out fee of €10 per hour will be charged for departures after this time.


3. House Rules & Guest Behavior

  • Each accommodation has a maximum occupancy limit, as stated in the listing.
  • Only registered guests are allowed inside the accommodation. Visitors are not permitted.
  • Smoking, parties, and events are strictly prohibited.
  • Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Noise complaints will result in a warning, and failure to comply may lead to immediate expulsion without a refund.


4. Liability & Damages

  • Guests are fully responsible for any damages they cause to the property.
  • A €75 security deposit may be required.
  • If a guest refuses to pay for damages, a formal complaint will be filed with authorities, and legal action will be taken to seek compensation, including lost revenue.

  • No additional rules apply for last-minute cancellations or partial refunds.
